2. What this website does not do
To be clear from the start, this website does not run advertising or affiliate tracking, does not use Google Analytics or any other audience measurement tool, has no newsletter, does not accept comments, and never sells, rents or shares your data with anyone.
3. The contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, the following data is collected.

Legal basis: your consent, given by sending the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Your message is sent to the publisher’s email address. It is not added to any mailing list and is not stored in any other database.
Retention: for as long as the exchange requires, and no more than two years after our last contact.
4. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical data on every visit: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This is how any website works, and it is what allows abuse and attacks to be identified.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and available (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention: as determined by the hosting provider, and no more than twelve months.
5. Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookie and no analytics cookie.

The display fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.

Google LLC is established in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Proton is established in Switzerland, a country covered by a European adequacy decision.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, a restriction of its processing, or its portability. You may also object to processing.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
